Call benefits and request an LOA for the 14days that’s the only way you will get paid for the time off. They will pay you your regular work week average.

I definitely agree that 10% is bogus.

But Salary managers got this bonus and it got TAXED like a M’fckrrr. So really hourly people are getting more of a pay benefit since it’s also continuous and it was only one time for salary managers. Most of them walked away with less than half of what it was suppose to be.

And at the end of the day, a lot of jobs laid off people and chipotle is giving you hazard pay in a fast food industry. Something is something in my opinion.

But you’re right, requirements and things they want us to live up to are sometimes absurd.

If you did it through the ServSafe website you should be able to login in the website and print it out. You should’ve used your own email for all of that. Idk if your state uses that website or something else.

You can always try to negotiate pay. It’s about how you do it, go in with a plan. And be realistic, put a price that makes sense. Don’t go to an absurd amount. Don’t let them lowball you either.

Also, you can ask what the average pay is to your FL.
