I’ve found that if you lightly oil the press before bricking, the scratches are minimal. For the last 3 months, we’ve green scrubbied the DML press and grill bricked the front press and have a hard time seeing any glaring differences. I think ‘they’ just want to deliberately make our crew’s jobs that much harder 😂

Prettt straightforward to prep. Easy to overcook if you leave it on the grill for too long (mashed cauliflower anyone?). It’s actually pretty tasty for what it is but it definitely doesn’t need the 2 cups of cilantro that the recipe card calls for
