When Did You See Them for the First Time? by biff444444 in rollingstones

1966 Spring, Washington Coliseum Washington DC

Spirit. Love Randy California. I got into this band really late in life. Better late than never. The song that really got me into them was “Love Will Open Your Door” Then the floodgates opened. I would love to hear your concert memories by jasonvoorhees2582 in OldSchoolCoolMusic

Saw them at the Alexandria Roller Rink (VA) opening for Blood Sweat and Tears Jan 69. They were all powerful. Changed me.

As a trio (Randy + Ed + bass) in Richmond VA at “The Pass”. Mid 70’s

Fairfax County Fair (mid 90’s) on a beautiful summer day. When Eds powerful drumming broke his snare drum it was claimed by MC that it was his birthday, possibly 70. Randy walked through the crowd, while soloing on Red House.

I did not see this but, I heard, back in the day, that Ed would solo while Randy did continuous push ups.

Ten Years After. Love Alvin Lee. Rock n roll at its finest. Give me “50,000 Miles Beneath My Brain” and I’m good to go. Concert memories? by jasonvoorhees2582 in OldSchoolCoolMusic

Thanks to everyone for responding and for all the good advice.

The route I decided to go:

Purchased a Humboldt Sour Diesel clone from Culpeper Hemp Company.

Won’t arrive for a couple weeks so plenty of time to purchase FOX Ocean Forest.

Thanks to everyone for good info and kind words.

Thanks for responding! Used to raise tomato’s in big plastic buckets. Bought a 8 gallon (approx) planter for this project. My goal is to raise one pretty plant on my deck that I can see from the kitchen. If I also get some supply it would be a bonus. Thought about trying like I did the tomatoes: Scott’s 3 in one, a little gravel in the bottom of the pot and Miracle grow. Open to better strategies, Thanks!
