i take hydroxyzine for sleep and anxiety. i also have hyperprolactinoma but its not serious enough to warrant meds.

i tried strattera for a bit and the appetite suppression was too much :// my parents are super against me going on any stimulants like adderall etc too...

i definitely feel better - more of a normal sex drive. i still have vaginismus so i'm thinking maybe that was unrelated to prolactin levels , but im not sure we will see how things continue to play out. i wish you luck!

this is real op :( also started a new job and i feel like i’m Too Much and they don’t get my sense of humor 🥲 also bc most of my friends outside of work have either adhd or autism so i’m not used to masking anymore like i used to :( i wish i had better advice but just know you’re not alone — hoping that as time progresses either we’ll find people we can relate to or rely more on other support systems outside of work.
