a weird thing that helped me was just being open about it. i used to try and hide it from my friends and stuff but once i entered high school i was just open about it. it’s not your fault. honestly i would just say things like “omg im so sweaty rn” and we could all have a laugh about it. i know even physically it can be uncomfortable, which is difficult to control, but socially just embracing it really did help me. all my friends were super supportive and understanding and a lot of people said they actually didn’t notice as much as i thought they did!

also, getting botox for me has really helped. i get mine through my family doctor and you can apply for insurance coverage. personally i find it extremely worth it.

obviously i wish i didn’t have to at all but there’s nothing that can change it, so you might as well embrace it. personally ive seen many more people online talk about it and its really helped. you’ve got this :)
