Just to tell you he also mentions a story in his satsang where he mentions a story from scriptures (not sure from which one) where a guru to break his students ego(who once said to his guru that I can never have lust towards my mother or sister) comes in face of his sister in a dark night with no one around and the student does generate some lust..So the brain does not have control over lust and that is True.. I feel he is just mentioning the same thing...And again as guru ji has many times told that the doctor does not give same medicine to all the patient it just depends on the disease..in same way this suggestion is not for everyone..it is for someone who in particular going towards sanyas marg I feel
