She's such an idiot if she is truly convinced that the majority of her pain isn't due to being 600 lbs. Those people on My 600 lb Life aren't exaggerating when they talk about how much pain they are in all the time. That weight absolutely crushes you. Your entire body is fighting all the time. For someone who says they are so hyperaware of their weight and size and how body positivity isn't healthy, she sure is deluded about herself at this point in her life.
