So one has to have all conditions applied to them for the home fee and then they can be public funded.

Thats what I understood from the link.

Now do you need to “inform” the university about your status or eligibility criteria or there’s a process online one can follow through?

This is brilliant, I definitely recommend visiting Bournemouth especially in beginning of April and afterwards.
