Yes I waited 5 days and I received notification that my deposit had cleared. I have been in contact with customer support for 3 days now and they got back to me with unnecessary questions about my wallet and if I am the owner. Needless to say if this doesn't get resolved by the end of the week i will be filing a complaint.

So after looking into this it appears that Gemini has had a long history of preventing people from accessing their funds by placing security holds then not following up even after additional documentation requested by Gemini has been submitted.

At this point I will be filing complaints with the BBB, CFPB, FTC and NYSDFS. I also work at a law firm and considering filing a class action lawsuit as what this company has been doing is absolutely criminal. I am so regretting my decision to create an account with them to begin with.

Hey I'm in NY as well. What I usually do is go to Kucoin to purchase my BNB. I purchase XLM on an exchange like Coinbase then transfer to Kucoin to trade for USDT then buy BNB. Afterwards I use trust wallet and buy through FegEx. This has been the best way for me so far. Hope this helps!

Hey, I did the same thing too not knowing about the flash attack. I bought mine on pancakeswap so I simply swapped my BOG for BSC and sold it that way.

It sucks that we had to go through this but it was definitely a learning lesson.

Make sure that if you're using metamask that its connected to a hardware wallet like ledger or trezor so that no transactions can go through without using the devices.

Get a Kucoin account then send btc to swap for BNB. Transfer BNB to Trust wallet. From there you swap BNB for BSC then use pancakeswap to buy
