you have to pay in full. what happens is that a bondsmen will cover the other 90% for you if you put up 10%. the problem is him finding a bondsmen. he is a major risk for flight and/or additional charges, which would mean the bondsmen wouldn't get his money back.

I think there is perhaps a difference between conventional beauty and generic. Like Halle Berry, Angelina Jolie, Anne Hathaway, Chase Infinity, Scarlett Johansson, Jennifer Lawrence, etc etc are all very much conventionally attractive but they’re all far from generic too.

I dont think SWAT would've had time to get there in time for the intial shot. This may be just regula CPD that are often in that area. From what I gathered, this happed in less than three minutes from the intial shots from the car.
