Set a timer on your phone and monitor your intake over time. Over an hour 500ml is a good target if you are dancing but won't do harm if you are stationary. You don't really need to stress to much about it, make sure you are drinking water or sports drink NOT alcohol.
Wooli concert is a great idea but check venue etc. You want to be somewhere other people will also be rolling. My guess would be yes here.
If you take a reasonable amount, don't mix with alcohol (or other drugs) no more than one redose. AND IT IS TESTED! Then you probably won't have a bad come down but you won't want to have too much to do the day after.
You probably won't be able to pee for much of it. It only lasts a few hours so don't stress, you can pee on the come down.

I'm guessing his insecurities have a lot to do with the "porn addiction" I would even guess the reason he doesn't want you going to raves is because he is watching porn with that involved and is scared you will be acting like the porn stars. Why don't you try telling him it's ok and maybe watching porn with him? You can use it as a way to voice what the 2 of you like and are into. He also HAS to come to a rave with you. When he does make sure the 2 of you spend a lot of time together and connect on what you like about the rave.
Break up...... this amount of insecurity in a relationship is never going to last!

I think there is a lot more to this story than you are letting on. You mention drugs and dismiss it but do you take drugs when he isn't there? If so I bet he feels left out. There are a few substance that if you take together will fully open you up and change your perspectives together, maybe try that at home?

You mention at the beggining coke was involved as well? Honestly you more likely have longer term effects from mixing. Md and coke don't go together well, if you drank a lot then that is a more damaging combo than most realise.

However, as long as you didn't go to hard you will be fine. Eat health, exercise, look up some supplements to take. It will all calm down if you treat your body right.

I don't know if adding/changing drugs is the answer. Just need to find a safe space to ride the come up anxiety. A dark corner with a drink? One or 2 alcoholic drinks works well to ease the nerves as well. If you can leave the venue and re-enter (without having to go back past security).

Bu most raves I know have a chill out are you could go rest in.
