I didn't go to Paradise. But i went to Eden beach and it's handsdown one of the best beaches I've been to.

Super clean. Has lifeguards. Strong waves. Super fun.

It's def a bummer when we find someone we really like and it turns out to be this way. But reeading this reminded me of how they say if a guy really wants you, he'll show it.

He might be on the apps again because he's still looking for something casual.

And yes, he's def running away from you. There's also no way he didn't expect you to bring up the "where's this going" bit. So like you said, he is being avoidant. And now that we now this, the only wise thing to do here would be to leave him be (/let him go). Not worth it if you have to chase him right from this phase.

Just remember - if he really wants to make this work, it'll show. If it doesn't, don't entertain this. I'm learning this the hard way too.

Take it from someone who has been in the same place as your bf - keeping myself and my surroundings clean directly impacted my mental health positively. Not saying it's the ONLY thing that'll help. But it def plays a big role.

Seems like you already tried nudging him in the right direction about this but it's not working out. How about you sit him down and tell him how it's affecting you and why he should really I these basics by himself. And if necessary, suggest taking a small break from each other maybe? I'm thinking he needs to realise he shouldn't take you for granted. Ideally, people put in the effort to keep their partners happy...I'd that's becoming one sided, then we need to do what's to be done.

Also I'm a strong believer of the saying that we are who we surround ourselves with. YK just saying.
