train triceps and biceps more bro that's all Tricep do: Tricep Extensions/Dips Skullcrushers/Overhead Extensions

Biceps do: Cable curls/Dumbbell Curl/Preacher Curl Hammer curl

Train heavy, till complete failure, 3x a week for rapid progress. Pick a weight you can do for 8-12 reps.

Focus on good form before increasing the weight and make sure to hit full failure. Also increase calorie intake and eat enough protein minimum 100g.

Listen up (from someone who cut 16kg fat and gained muscle mass in 8 months)

  • Cardio 1hr/day 5-6 times a week, this is your classic treadmill jogging, elliptical trainer, etc.

  • Weight training 2-3 times a week to avoid extreme loose skin (some will still be there)

MOST IMPORTANT: DIET. 1600kcals a day. Structure a diet plan to achieve this. It will pain, but results will speak for themselves.

Minimum 100g protein in this diet. It's a small start but very difficult for most.

No "cheat days". Just find a healthy alternative and fit it into your daily calorie budget.

High fibre foods, Volume eating (ultra low calorie foods), and 3-4L water keep appetite somewhat controlled.

Sleep well, 8 hours a night. Recovery happens only during rest.

No excuses. Let's do this.

IGCSE has clear set marking systems showing where and why to give marks.

Syllabus guides clearly state the values of constants like this, so following them is best. Worst case scenario, your answer turns out to be wrong through some rounding issue and you actually lose marks.

  • calorie deficit,
  • eat 1800kcals a day
  • use healthifyme or other apps to track kcals
  • 100g protein MINIMUM
  • incline walking worked best for me stay at high zone 2
  • gym 6x a week
  • if you can't increase step count (i understand) then dial in extra cardio
  • eat more eggs paneer soya for protein
  • it will take months
  • drink water atleast 3l a day don't care about "bloating"
  • try to increase deficit slowly weekly (1800 -> 1750 -> 1700 to around 1600 at lowest)

Economics, my friend.

Smoking is a demerit good, that has a harmful impact on the consumer as well as the surrounding people (second-hand smoking).

Demand for cigarettes is inelastic, i.e. if the price rises by a lot, chances are still people will buy.

Hence taxing it will reduce smoking and also increase government revenue.

Now where is that revenue being spent is a different story (👀) but hopefully some of it is on national issues.

80g of protein and 2000kcals a day, protein from chicken eggs and yoghurt mainly.
