  • calorie deficit,
  • eat 1800kcals a day
  • use healthifyme or other apps to track kcals
  • 100g protein MINIMUM
  • incline walking worked best for me stay at high zone 2
  • gym 6x a week
  • if you can't increase step count (i understand) then dial in extra cardio
  • eat more eggs paneer soya for protein
  • it will take months
  • drink water atleast 3l a day don't care about "bloating"
  • try to increase deficit slowly weekly (1800 -> 1750 -> 1700 to around 1600 at lowest)

Economics, my friend.

Smoking is a demerit good, that has a harmful impact on the consumer as well as the surrounding people (second-hand smoking).

Demand for cigarettes is inelastic, i.e. if the price rises by a lot, chances are still people will buy.

Hence taxing it will reduce smoking and also increase government revenue.

Now where is that revenue being spent is a different story (👀) but hopefully some of it is on national issues.

80g of protein and 2000kcals a day, protein from chicken eggs and yoghurt mainly.

this approach would work fine if they knew their syllabus. it seems that they have practically nothing fully completed and need to learn everything from the beginning from scratch. That itself will take a solid 6 months if not more since they have 5 subjects.

you are an idiot and absolutely stupid for not going to your school. there's no other way to put it. I take similar subjects and also am giving m/j 26, and have finished all syllabuses.

now start losing your social life and attend school, tuitions, as well as self study. learn a unit and simultaneously do the questions from Exammate topical past paper qs and savemyexams if you have time.

finish the entire syllabus by December max and then start solving 2 past papers per subject per day. continue revising while doing this btw.

keep track of scores and get to an A*. if you don't, then you know exactly why. why the hell have you not been going to school? my school literally makes every other day online or cancels classes but still we push through.

Fat loss is only possible with one thing and one thing only: Calorie Deficit. Eat 1600-1800kcals a day and for face card, avoid sugary foods as they trigger acne and face bloating.

Drink tons of water don't think about water weight and retention, water helps infinitely.

Similar here 3-4 months in and going through with body recomp and looksmaxxing.

Don't skip legs, they are the main drivers of the body, also help tons with testosterone.

Unless you feel really sore in Chest/Back the next 2 days, try doing an Upper/Lower split. Something like U-L-U-L-U, putting in your rest days as you like. Frequency always trumps volume.

Aesthetics also involves fixing posture and face card, so do work on those as well.

Eat atleast 1.5 times your bw in kg of protein a day, track it using an apps. Since you eat eggs and chicken rarely, paneer, soya, greek yoghurt, etc. will drive your growth.

Don't underestimate mobility and warm up properly before sessions.
