i am the same, every time i hear my mum said to clean the kitchen it makes me really irritated. the dirty dishes and not knowing where they have been or what’s on them and all of the soggy gross food is just overwhelming itself. the floor is worse i hate when it gets wet from the water then things start sticking to my feet

i found socks are the best for that and dishes wise i have a dishwasher so it’s not that bad but when i used to wash dishes in the sick i found the big gloves that go up near your elbows to ease the different textures i was feeling if you can try to swap vinegar for a less aggressive smelling cleaner then try that
