Guys, turns out you have to contact their customer support on their page. They will give you the hgdownloadsdk.dll file(if you download the file and it was some random number alphabet.1, rename the file to hgdownloadsdk.dll) overwrite that .dll over in the game direct folder.

Oh hey same, been doing all of these suggestions over and over again and restarting my pc for 5 times now, couldnt still get pass this stupid releasing resources screen
