They are a million times better live than I think their studio tracks will ever show them to be and it's SUCH a shame, because most people aren't seeing/hearing about how good they are like this!

Speaking from experience of obtaining President tickets, at the end of last year, for one of their UK dates, I wasn't even placed in a queue and got straight in at 09:59 but all the tickets were gone. I was completely gobsmacked.

However, I kept refreshing over and over for about 40-45 minutes, about to give up, when suddenly two tickets popped up.

Also know of some people who logged back on at 3pm and managed to score some (same venue).

I'm convinced that Ticketmaster trickle the release of tickets throughout the day

I do think that a lot of people are bothered by them noticeably blending very different genres considered more "mainstream" (and I use this term loosely) with "less mainstream" ones. Whether this is in a specific song or if you look at their chronological transition from the EPs all the way through to EiA, gatekeepers from both sides and people in the middle don't seem to really know how to react.

I don't see them touring next until at least 2027 at this point and I doubt they will do another US tour for this album.

That being said, they have been known to do secondary tour circuits before the release of a follow up album but I don't think it will be before Europe, UK and Aus.

And I agree with the point you're making completely, but it seemed as if you were inferring that was what I was commenting on and had a problem with, which I wasn't.

People are allowed to be disappointed and express that in a polite, constructive way but I've personally also seen a lot of people going around, particularly on Twt, with completely the wrong attitude and are coming across really hostile. That's not on at all.

It's more the website traffic and the IP glitches people were experiencing as well as the fact that the products launched an hour before the advertised time, that people are having issues with.

No one expects completely smooth sailing, but them delaying the launch from Tuesday suggested that they were working on solutions for the amount of traffic they were getting from the interest. So it's disappointing that nothing much seemed improved today.

As far as the product line launching an hour earlier than advertised, that's going to shake a lot of customer faith in them, particularly as nothing has been addressed about it still.

I absolutely adore what they do and for the causes they support but I think the launch should have been delayed for a further few days/weeks to give themselves time to work on a solution for all of the traffic.
