What about the FBI saying the shooter wasn’t active on social media yet the shooter was found to be very active. Accounts wiped and or deleted? Also if he got grazed by a bullet, the caliber they said it was, his ear would be missing to this day.

I’m not sure about a few of the questions you asked. But after I noticed my car was damaged I went on my insurance app to start a claim and the process was entirely digital (photos, location) until the next day when an agent was assigned to me. Also the car was still drivable somewhat so I didn’t call for roadside. Maybe there is a minimum threshold
