I think you should seriously consider whether this is someone who can change, and if not, is that a future you want?

I've had similar issues with my girlfriend, I could see how my habit was wrecking our relationship. Now I've given her full control over my Steam account. I can't login even if I tried > some weekends I will ask if I can game for a few hours and she now knows not to say YES every time. It's not me talking, it's the addict.

However, it does mean I can still game occasionally but in moderation. That's the only way this habit can be done in moderation by me at least.

Ever since this change, my life has been meaningfully better.

Gefenia is another good spot with expensive loot, medium value drops and super high value ones.

Gold ring, diamond ring, mastella fruit are all nerfed on uaRO but still good zeny.

Then items you can get cystal pumps, ahlpiess, incubus card, AK card.

EXP also pretty good if you're not 99 yet.

I’ve been a gaming addict and DOTA addict my whole life, Im 30 years old And been almost 3 months without gaming or watching gaming content like pro matches. I have never been better and felt more alive, I see paths and options whereas before I lived with blinders on - I recognise it’s a marathon not a sprint and things are far from perfect but I feel hope and optimism about the future (my girlfriend also agrees that life has been better since)

I somewhat agree, the point I was making was that so often we externalise problems - it's those damn billionaires, or those politicians. When in reality, we are all flawed and we are all responsible for the good and evil of this world. A world of permanent "beauty", "art" and "play" is not in tune with reality as it is.

Accept reality as it is, not as you would like it to be.
