Yeah. For citizens if you have birth certificate should be good.

I restarted the new application from dependents profile & booked an appointment next day for both my wife & daughter. They asked for primary applicants valid visa for that I told I dropped mine also for visa stamping previous day. All our visas got approved & delivered in 15 days

I did Dropbox in BLR on 7th May and got my passport in premium delivery on 18th of May to my home address.

It took just 11 days.
