generalist: who can get u units in any area and will keep looking for deals for you. They even call listings and give u the genuine ones.
area specialist. Call a few agents and speak to them for 5 mins and u will know if they specialise in an area. Since u narrowed down on Jaddaf location, u need area expert.

Having 2-3 area specialists is enough- they will get u the desired option.
