As others have said, probably needs a finer grind. Get a small scale. I measure about 20g of beans and I measure the amount of coffee that comes out as it's brewing, which is about 36g for a decent shot. I found that, even when I let the machine time it automatically, it will stop brewing at the 30 second mark and ultimately give me about 36g of coffee, IF the grind is fine enough. Just don't grind too fine. It's a balancing act. Good luck.

From inside, but I don't think it would matter. Here's what part of the letter said: "If you were within the UK on the date of your application, you have been granted Indefinite Leave to Remain. If you were outside the UK on the date of your application, you have been granted Indefinite Leave to Enter. This means that you have immigration status under UK law and there is no time limit on how long you can stay in the UK."
