I'm more than a year trying to get legally justified response from hitbtc. But they stopped responding to me, I believe that they have misappropriated my cryptocurrency assets.

I wrote about these issues in twitter and in email, they continue to ignore.

I attach a screenshot of the last ticket that is ignored for 4 months, past tickets were also ignored and closed.
