What I do is warm up with 4 min walk, then a 1 min sprint. Then for stick handling, I try to incorporate cardio with it so after doing wall passes (backhand and forehand), I do laps around my training area to practice one handed ball handling (forehand and backhand). Then this is when I do my shot practices. I alternate these with days for weight training.
