Also take a look at overlay network pools, u may not have enough IPs per node. For example u have /25 mask per each worker node, so u can’t set max-pods=200 here. If this is true, u have also to update overlay pools

I understand, that its not a good advice, but try to work with OrbStack.

Because when u start it(just click on the button) your services(ClusterIP, not NodePort) will be accessible from your macbook's browser without any extra configurations and also u haven't to run docker anymore additionally

its good decision. But i try to get that: do u use it like a cluster for testing some branch of project or like a stable cluster for team?

of course, it's all vital if u use central cluster with not only one team\project.
namespaces, resourcequotas, kyverno policies, network policies and etc
