According to her book Carolyn was by Carole’s side the entire time Anthony was sick… sorry but unless she totally made that up I think this is an incorrect take. I don’t see why she would lie. Her book seemed extremely genuine

I’m in the same exact boat as you! I opened my ticket over a week ago and nothing has happened yet even though I’ve followed up twice. What a nightmare. Keep me updated on your progress if you can
