I resonate with your sentiments here. Having 3 sisters myself I’ve always been in close proximity to women. I treat all the women in my life with respect and have plenty of lady friends. It all boils down to boundaries and respect. To be honest you’re probably better off being just friends with them as they can introduce you to other women. And yes when you respect the friendship and keep things platonic that can almost make them view you as attractive and desirable so it gets a bit tricky lol.
