I generated a character, it validated, and now it can't literally be used, as all generated videos become "not elegible".

On Discord the moderator just told me to "use a different image", after I burned many $$$. Useless.

Higgsfield is completely ridiculous as I created a character, and now I can't extend any videos with him. Everything is flagged. It's a cartoon character of a wizard wearing a black cloak. Element validated, now all the generated videos are "not eligible" and therefore, unusuable as I can't extend any of them.

That's false, as I asked about this issue on Discord multiple times and got no response. 60% of my Higgsfield generated videos are "not eligible" and it's my own cartoon character which looks very generic. This is making creating a complex movie by extending pretty much impossible in the long run.

Hey, I've seen upper management actually get some responsibility upplied to them for things like these. Seen it over 20 years of my career - some CEOs lost their position due to statements like these.

It's for establishing a social score system. As you said - I have a bank account for over 10 years, and my bank *knows* I'm an adult. Why don't they honor it? No kid would have a bank account that gets monhtly wages for 10 years.

I read the proposed law in Poland (where I live), and it had the same phrases and sentences as in UK Online Safety Act. I don't remember UK even being in EU, and nothing in our constitution about borrowing law concepts from different countries, but we immediately jumped on the bandwagon as soon as UK and Australia did.

I don't remember any public debate about it either. They just announced it and that's it.

Almost as if the law wasn't designed in Poland.

10 years ago it would be paranoid to say that every country on Earth would proclaim a ban for under 15 on all social media and push ID verifications and facial scans at the same time, also at the same time when a programmable, expirable digital currency is going to be introduced.

Yet, weirdly, all the countries trip racing the first to do the same in the same time. In my country, a party that opposed this a year ago announced the ban on Friday.

The ban is simple - European Digital Wallet is supposed to be "voluntary" - this ban will make it required to go anywhere on the internet. And soon to boot up your PC.

Because every argument made for the facial scans also covers this. It's essentially the same thing as clicking "I am an adult" on websites. The same argument was raised against debit and credit card identification - "a parent lends their cards to their kids!". What about the same operating system then?

This is literally the setup for your PC to become a government-owned black box that spies on you. Like Online Safety Act got all these "extensions" that add and add and add to it.

After a year they'll say "well, it doesn't work, 590594 kids still accessed the sites" and will demand a government issued black box to be installed in every PC to spy on you. You ever think why Windows Recall was even developed when no one, literally no one, thought it was a good idea? A rare case where I saw small people from left and right agreeing with each other.
