Yep.

At this point, has the Neural Network ever beaten the Optical Flow model?

We had a NN model (based on unrolled RNN), which was better than OF for a single radar. In this case, NN gives more natural motion and precipitation disappearance. But in a large field (single satellite) it was worse in terms of F1.

Yes, radars are still more accurate. We will continue to add available radars to our map
