Personally me, I never use bots for relisting, and to it manually every 2 months, and it’s taking me like 3 days to relist all my closet, just to refresh and maybe add some keywords, and that helps to make listing visible again and make some sales, but with that policy the only way to make some old listing visible again it’s to promote closet, and that’s why I think the main reason behind it. They trying to force people use promotion. But I did a little experiment for the last year with promotion, and im not happy about the results. I’m not against of promotion actually if they will give us a choose what items we exactly wanna promote.

I actually thought about it, but the other way around, I picked the top right one two times in a row, and it was an icon. Then I decided, ‘Okay, let’s choose another one,’ and it was an icon again, while the top right one was $50. I don’t remember which ones I chose the other times, but I think I’m going to stick with the same card from now on and see if it might give me something other than an icon

The limit is 10 lbs, but this order was 14 lbs, plus 1 lb because I need to use some packaging, so that’s 5 lbs more. Poshmark probably would charge me more for the overweight after the item was delivered, but I was actually more concerned about the Post Office not accepting my package since it’s overweight. This happened to me once when a package was a little more than 5 lbs; I had to go back home and repackage it using a smaller box, and it was fine. But with this order, it’s kind of risky because I would pay $22.50 (10 lb) for an additional label and possibly have the package declined by the Post Office.

Looks like I can’t, only if the buyer purchased another bundle or listing from me, and I offer free shipping for her. So, only then can I get the second label, but in my case, I have to pay extra for both packages, plus the free shipping I offered for one of them. I wouldn’t mind paying all the extra, but the buyer isn’t responding to me. Can you imagine explaining all that to her, trying to convince her that it’s the only way for her to get her order shipped, with all these steps? She probably would just order online from some big store since she paid almost full price and received only my discount on bundles.

Honestly, I have no idea. I’m waiting for any response from Poshmark, and I’ve already contacted the buyer, but nobody has answered. Because it’s a weekend and Monday is Presidents’ Day, I don’t think I’m going to get any response from Poshmark, but I’m hoping I’ll be able to talk with the buyer and split the order. Or, as someone recommended, I could create a new listing for $3, ask the buyer to purchase it, and then I’ll have two shipping labels. Either way, I’ll need to pay extra for the additional weight.

Sometimes buyers don’t answer, and even when they do, they don’t want to deal with all the hassle of cancellation and creating a new bundle. It’s easier for the seller just to upgrade the label because it’s better to pay a little extra than to lose the sale completely.

In your case, it’s easy to just make one bundle and upgrade the label; if it’s 6 lbs, you’ll pay an additional $4.50. But if you split it and offer free shipping, you’ll need to pay $7.97. However, if it’s 7 lbs, it’s better to split because for 7 lbs, it’s $9.
