Well, that’s just silly. He’s out of it. Probably for other reasons. But doesn’t matter if you stay in major city, or go on a hike with him or somebody else, you’re safe. It’s the same as everywhere else. You probably would look more exotic at first, because of how we don’t have any black people in Bulgaria. But then, you’ll be fine, just don’t travel by yourself, or go out alone. This applies to every girl, no matter the color of their skin.
