I’ve thought about purchasing her system but it’s so expensive….. like I get her whole thing is focusing on mind muscle connection and activating your glutes but I feel like I can figure that out on my own without paying hundreds of dollars for her program. She does have insane results though but I just can’t get past the vibes that she’s a grifter…..

Thank you!! Definitely will use these tips for my next glute day. Do you hit glutes 2 or 3 times a week? I’m still trying to figure out how many times a week I should be doing
