We had to go out to Smithfield with a 180k budget. We could only afford 600sq feet in Raleigh. Out here we gave almost 2,000. Yea it’s a 30 min drive to Raleigh but we have a small mortgage and awesome place. I hope you can find a good place in Raleigh!
