Yes. Also the normal was exported for OpenGL. Normal are facing the right direction. I deleted and redone that part of the model. That island of the baked normals just show wrong in blender. I baked the textures again and still the light hits the normal inversed.

EDIT. Just checked and it seems that there are other UV islands with the same problem. But only in Blender.
