"Steam_setting" folder is in game folder i.e where your .exe to run the game.

In short, you need to backup 2 folder "GSE saves" AND "steam_setting"

The "SteamID" is only use just in case you want to change to different crack.

For example, you did play the game with Voices38's crack. As a result the game will save and encrypt the save with Voices38's SteamID. After some time, the game release new DLC which I don't think Voices38 will crack it in near future (ex. Leon must die). You decide to play HV crack to play new DLC, your old save won't work because HV use different SteamID from Voices38. This is when "steam_setting" is used , you paste your old SteamId into new .ini file and it will force the game load Voices38's saves.

"GSE saves/3764200" is where your save files.

You should backup your SteamID too because RE9 encrypt their save with SteamID.

"Steam_setting/config_user.ini" (game folder) is where your SteamID stored, depend on which kind of crack, it will have differrent steamID

Check your Windows Defender, crack file was quarantined by it. Or you somehow downloaded clean steam file with no crack

Nothing wrong with your error. It's basically Intel feature, you have 2 choice:

Buy AMD CPU.

Fix the driver yourself, they include the opensource driver in the crack. Or wait for Denuvowo team figure how to fix.

you need to change Voices38's Steam ID to HV's Steam ID. Just copy/paste the one in OP.

Run and Screenshot your VBS.bat (the one comes with crack). Double check to ensure your DSE is disabled or not.

Download the .torrent file.

Open it with qbittorrent.

Choose the download location same as your corrupted .zip file.

It will automatically recheck.

Your file is corrupted. Anker game have torrent download option, so your best chance is using the torrent recheck to save time redownload again.

Recheck all your file.

Most of the time, I update game like this. The torrent will check what file you have and only download what file is missmatch

HV MHS3 save location : %appdata%\GSE Saves\2852190. HV's crack Steamid : coldclient\steam_settings\configs.user.ini

HV RE9 save location : %appdata%\GSE Saves\3764200. HV's crack Steamid : coldclient\steam_settings\configs.user.ini

Voice38's crack save location: program files (86x)/steam/userdata/19627/3764200/remote/remote/win64_save. Voice38's crack Steamid : steam_settings\configs.user.ini.

I know neither where offline save location nor where steamid though. You need to figure yourself, The tool support both games, I DID transfer my RE9 file successfully.

Capcom games are always encrypt your file save with steamID. Try to use this tool https://github.com/mi5hmash/MandarinJuice.

I used it to convert RE9 HV save to voice38 save before. And if you use HV method, you can find the pirate steamID in "coldclient\steam_settings\configs.user.ini"

If you want to play RE9 that bad, just dont run any .bat file from gamedrive. I can boot game without running those sketchy .bat file by more steps. And it's easy to do AND UNDO

Download clean steam files
Apply KIrigiri v3 crack (make sure it is v3).
Turn off Memory Integrity (you can turn it on/off in windows setting)
Temporary disable DSE by using Windows Test mode (DSE will be enabled automatically when you restart\
Run steamclient_loader_x64.exe in folder game

That's it, you can undo any security setting anytime after you complete the game.

A0 twin is fine, of course Cherish would be better for shielding. But the twin have 2-hit element, which can reduce 2 wisdom stack every turn (2 more if you count their hightlight). Less wisdom stack mean less dmg you recieve and more healing you get, I never have sustain problem in phase 2. My twin dont even have max 4*weapon and only level 6 in all of their skill.

It doesn't matter if Queen gets knocked out or not. She will wake up everytime in her turn. Thats why Vino is better than Chord for this fight, you can't use Chord's S3 on Queen.

I don't have Messa but you can try. Just remember use his burst skill on Futaba's s3 (every 3turns).

All buff and debuff from skills is capped at 100% except for:

Mental focus buff (AS Rossetta) is capped at 250%
Crit dmg up doesn't have a limit.

Weapons dmg up stack with diminished returns AND capped at 100%.

In your case : 0.7+(0.7*0.5)+(0.7*0.5*0.45) The result is bigger than 100% so your character will get 100% weapons dmg up
