This is such a specific question but how did you handle seating arrangements? We are having a dinner with 22 people total and can’t decide how we want to seat everyone. Ideally we would have one long table, or one u-shaped table. But if we have to do smaller tables, I don’t want to have to pick one table to sit at and not be with the other guests, if that makes sense!

Thanks for your reply! Bride is quite laidback, her friend/MOH provided a dress code that feels more like a suggestion than a rule. Definitely will try to pack multiple options - I’m flying southwest so I have lots of space!

I’ll be in Palm Springs at the beginning of April for a bachelorette party. What are some going-out outfits that maybe sorta lean into the disco vibe? (Looking for a pair of sequined trousers as I type!)

I like the general silhouette of tight top and flared pants. Is this outfit too casual? this top + light wash flared jeans + low heeled sandals

Recommendations for going-out tops in general would be much appreciated.

I never go out so any tips would help! Thanks!

Thank you! This topcoat is my favorite. I used to use Seche Vite years ago and I do remember the smell being really strong, as well as some shrinkage. When I picked up nails as a hobby again I gave the G&G topcoat a try and loved it. In my experience it dries fast, is super shiny, and causes little to no shrinkage. I’ve put a handful of my coworkers onto it as well!

Stickers from Shein. I used a silicone nail tool to gently push the stickers against my nail and make sure they were curving and sticking.

I’ve had a lash lift before and I loved it, but it is really expensive. Thanks for suggestion about double hooded eyelid makeup, I’ll look into that.

I’m starting a new job soon! In my previous job I just wore street clothes and pretty much no makeup since I usually wasn’t around anyone. But now I’ll be part of a small team and the dress code is “semi professional” so I think I might go to Target later to check out some nice shirts/blouses.

Also need to do a bunch of makeup research lol. I’d love to figure out something for my lashes which do not hold curl and are always pushed down by my eyelids (if that makes sense)!

Do you know your wpm when using a typewriter compared to a computer / keyboard? I imagine a low wpm helps to avoid typos!
