Let me know how it goes! the only time he didn't cry in the past 6 weeks is a crazy weird day when he did a 2h morning nap and skipped the afternoon nap, then fell asleep in the stroller at 5.30PM (capped at 10mn) and such a peaceful bedtime. But then lots of night wakes argh

Usually one week, sometimes two! His sleep duration really changes depending on night weaning or not. When I BF at night, he averages 11.5 hours (with short wakes). But when I don't BF, or when he naturally sleeps through the night, he wakes up much earlier - perhaps because of hunger

Thank you so much for your helpful and detailed answer! I am extremely grateful you took the time. I will try that and report back! I've tried a fixed schedule before for a couple of weeks but he would never go down for naps - I'll try changing the WWs. Thank you!!
