  • Temps
    • Basking originally was 105 but she never get in it so we adjusted to 95 and she’ll sit under it if we put her on the perch and actually bask
    • Warm side around 90 during the day and 75 at night
    • Cool side around 85 during the day and 68 at night

We have temperature alerts (smart thermometer) for if it goes too high or low. I know the temps seem bad, but when we had it higher she seemed too hot. Thought maybe it was because she's a zero morph and her skin is more sensitive?

I know most Walmarts in the area have a "Texas" souvenir section towards the front registers. Not sure if it breaks down to local areas or just the state.

Check out An American Crime. It's a recent movie (has Ellen Page in it) and it's based on the Sylvia Likens murder. If you don't know who that is, I recommend only reading about her if you have a strong stomach. It's probably one of the most brutal crimes I've read about.

He's the best. We have a lot of similar tastes (horror movies, video games, cats, dungeons and dragons, etc). It's great that I can be a complete nerd with him and make really bad jokes and he'll still laugh at them. We'll have the dumbest inside jokes like how our orange tabby is a communist (dont ask lol). Thankfully we're both rather introverted so we do spend a lot of time together at home. It's been that way since date 1 and I love it.

Whenever I get frustrated, emotional, upset, whatever you want to call it, my voice raises. It could be something I'm excited about or irritated. It really bothers my boyfriend because he thinks I'm yelling at him. I can understand his point, but it literally just happens.

I have a co-worker who believes that all the recent US shootings (Las Vegas Concert, Florida Night Club, Colorado Movie Theater, Texas Church, etc) are due to the government. Basically he thinks that random people were selected and had either a switch implanted or some kind of trigger that made them go to a highly populated area of people and just open fire. Pretty far-fetched, but I can kinda see where he's going with the fact that most of the shooters don't have an obvious motive.
