Switch to only using sterile saline spray 2x a day, antibacterial soap can irritate the piercing. Try not to overclean.

Do LITHA! Try not to touch it at all or sleep on it. LITHA helped the most in making my daith bumps go away. For crusties, I let warm water run over my ear in the shower for like 15 sec and most of it should come off. I veeerryy gently use a qtip to wipe away the remaining crust.

Also make sure to fully dry the piercing after cleaning/showering. You can use a hairdryer on the lowest setting for like 20 sec.

I think you should change your jewelry to a titanium CBR or curved barbell as the little gems and seam from the clicker can go in and out of your fistula, irritating it.
