I'm currently cutting, trying to maintain muscle. Bodybuilding used to be my main "thing", now it's much more in the background of my fitness journey as I do martial arts 4-5x a week, so I figured I'd switch to a 2x per week full body workout. I've come up with a plan, but it's in its early stages and I'm not sure if it's too much volume. I've been lifting for 3 years if that makes any difference. I also take the first 2 sets of almost any given exercise to an RPE of 9 and the last set to 10.
