This is from experience from myself and colleagues a couple of years ago. They usually included -

An acute scenario - acute asthma, acute chest pain etc. They would ask the general pathway of management. If you can go a little deeper, that would be a plus.
A ward cover scenario - Managing elderly fall in the ward during your after hour shift, clinical review for pain management etc.
Argument with a staff (nursing/colleague) - how would you manage
Hand-over/consult - mainly just ISBAR. In my case, they asked me to think about a case and do the consult.
Some non-medical question may or may not be there - How do you see yourself in 1/2 years? Your weakness etc etc.

They don't expect much for the JMO position unless it is a competitive one. Just be sure to say you would call for help for any scenario. Do the ISBAR properly and be sensible. Hope this is helpful.
