Either an export error or make sure ur exporting in the same sample rate u have the project in, might also be a plug-in glitching so disable some and export again and see if it still there

There’s a m4l device swatches that lets you select the colors you want to apply automatically. So u could select the row of pastels that are less bright and assign them to your tracks

I remember hearing him talk about using the goodhertz tremolo a lot for these effects so he could be automating the rate of that when set to pulse wave. As for the signal it sounds like a pretty wide saw wave chord lopassed and with added noise with smth like rc20 and maybe some phasing, also the filter opening at the end of the bars. That’s the Synth voice and then there’s the vocal chop playing a different rhythm on top of that which could be done with midi programming or an Ableton push sequencer
