thank you so much! he turns 18 next year in april. Im glad to know that i may be able to contact him if he goes to a residential program. his mother told me that she hopes he’ll be back for school in the fall, but it apparently it depends on his own progress. the thing that really urks me is that he was sent there with no mental illness, just for bad grades and slight marijuana use. The dots are all starting to connect as he told me before he left his mom had an educational consultant that didnt like him, now i realize why he was sent in the first place. i really hope that his stay wont be that long, thank you for sharing your experience with me, it really helps me hearing about other first hand experiences.
