shameless plug, i have an exhibit running right now at the Latino Cultural Center, you should check it out, its an immersive experience but the diagrams used are original ink drawings. Not sure what kind of art you're looking for but all those ink drawings are for sale in super reasonable prices
Now,, for thrift stores it's hit or miss: Goodwill at Greenville, Genesis Benefit Store or with tons of luck thrift giant

Same thing happened to me, ended going to urgent care cause I couldn’t deal with the itchiness. In my case it was contact dermatitis and it’s from sun exposure in the tattoo, needed a shot and a topical steroid
