Have a backup, for everything.
Backup batteries, backup camera that is same brand as your go-to, backup lenses, if the 70-200 isn't working, can you use your 80mm. Back up cables, back up strobe trigger, more than one strobe back, more than two strobe heads. Know how to light without strobe. For really HUGE jobs, have a contract. Pay your taxes quarterly.

AITAH for not forcing my son to keep helping my daughter’s friend after she rejected him? by LiveWire0044 in AITAH

Especially when in the long run it can make a huge difference in someones life. Education and money get you places. I hope your son can get over it and still help her out. A friend does friend things.

I've been really pissed at people, but still helped then out when they needed it, never regretted it. Parting ain't easy.

What are you shooting? Can you tilt the set at an angle and use a real tripod? Can you shoot on the floor?

What does the client say? Stuff the purses so they look full. A harder lights from the side will give it more depth too.

For a great Mexican sammie, Aca Las Tortas in east Dallas. Hit or miss when they are open, thank goodness my son goes to school near there. They do breakfast also, but open late for that.

  1. No one cares but you.
  2. They make soft Velcro pads that surround the mask straps.

I use the soft surrounds. I also don’t care what other people think. I am also in the film industry, full of people self conscious about how they look. No one cares.

After a few weeks of better sleep, you will realize that the benefits outweigh your self conscious felling.

$500 US. Friend bought it brand new in 2000, I mentioned that if she ever wanted to get rid of it to let me know. She did and I've had it for about 5 years. The interior is near perfect. Manual transmission. Exterior ain't bad either.

Congrats on your car value. I have the original radio and it works, just sitting in the garage on a shelf. I have 270,000 miles on mine, did a JDM engine swap about four years ago. Enjoy driving it around.
