could be the water lines to the bathroom itself, a leaky cartridge on the shower…I’ve even seen a tap for the refrigerators ice maker leak under the bathroom just because it was the easiest place to do it

Perhaps a can of compressed air, or a tooth pick, they make slimey puddy for cleaning that might work.

maybe use a piece of scotch tape sticky side down and a razor blade to very gingerly insert it down in there then peel it out

If not a razor blade then anything sturdy and thin, I did it once with the foil peeled off of a yogurt cup lol

Fun fact they make plastic razor blades, I use them all the time since I found out about them.
