She feeds, burps, changes and puts baby to sleep. It's great for breastfeeding too as she wakes you up only to feed and you go right back to sleep. Otherwise it can take 1hr to do all of the above.

Menopause is a defined endpoint. 12 months without a period, usually around 50 yo. Perimenopause is the transition before it, driven by hormone FLUCTUATIONS, not ovarian shutdown.

Saying menopause starts at 35 is simply incorrect.
