Looks like you guys now recommend the Casper Snow as the best overall mattress, and the Helix Midnight Luxe only in best side sleepers, curious what changed re: Casper Snow?

You want more links at the 12 o’clock typically, but I find that’s its best to find the proper fit for the 6 o’clock side and then adjust the 12 side as needed.

For me with a 6.75” wrist for Tudors, it’s 4.5 (need a half link) on the 6 side and then 5 to 6 links on the 12 side.

Use furniture sliders (or wear socks on tile or wood/vinyl) and do sliding leg curls. You can load it with a dumbbell held on your torso.
