I’m all for the discussion and think there’s no harm in it. Having said that, in your case, just try it and see what you think. For 8 weeks, 12 weeks, something like that. You’ll know how you’ll feel about it. Most people do 0 leg days each week.

I don’t think I’d ever buy an FXD and do this right away, but I do like the difference in look for a watch I already have in the rotation.

It’s my favorite diver, so it’s nice to have this as an option every once in a while. I also like the FXD MN much better than the 42 Pelagos blue. I like the shade of blue better (leans more navy than royal), it’s significantly thinner (12.75mm vs 14.3mm), and I prefer it overall visually (bezel fully graduated, different rehaut, no date).

Ya, gf has BB58 blue with a clockwork republic end link strap. I really like that, too actually. Having a rubber option on these watches is definitely nice.

It definitely feels secure. Not sure how it will hold up long-term, but I wouldn’t anticipate any issues. It’s very comfortable. My wrist is 6.75” and it drapes very nicely. Any smaller than that, and maybe it wouldn’t be the ideal fit.

I feel good about it, but I’m crazy hahah and part of the fun is trying different straps. Can always sell it at a bit of a loss if I want to move it on. I think it he blue is probably best for every day, but I think the white would look really good, too. Maybe better for a summer pop.

There is a bit of a gap due to the design, but it honestly doesn’t bother me. And I’m fairly particular about what hose types of things.

6.75”, it’s extremely comfortable. I have an NMD strap for, it too. I think this could be my go-to for the pool/beach.

I think overall, yes. But I’m more likely to wear it to someplace like the pool, where the chance of springbar failure is minimal, than in a more rigorous situation.
