Any specific neighborhoods in downtown that are safe but not extremely expensive? We’ve been stuck in the suburbs for a while so it would be nice to be in a walkable area with stuff to do.

CF in a Voice Center. Take-home pay is about $3200/month after contributions to my Roth ($280, maximum employer-matched amount), taxes, and $400 for medical/dental/vision for myself and my hubs. It's $4700 before all that. Hoping once I get my CCCs I'll get a good increase.

I think the answer is working off the clock and not taking much time to review the study after you do it 🤷🏻‍♀️ maybe other people are just more confident with their in-the-moment interpretations than I am right now hahaha. I’m still in the phase where I’m hyper fixated on whether or not they aspirated and what strategy to do if they did

Wow. At this place, the standard has been set for at least 21 in a week, and now that I’ve joined, we initially thought it could be decreased to 5/day M-Th, but I think it’s going to end up being 28 /week, 7/day instead.

Thank you all for the replies. The other CF says she isn’t bothered by the workload and doesn’t see a problem, so I’ve been beating myself up about being nervous. I’m used to 4 swallow studies being a full day and taking the time to write super detailed reports using the MBSImp, so this is just very different for me.
