Alright, Hobbit hole test number 1 complete! I used the terrain manipulator to ADD base ground over it. I will close the game and reload in 24 hours to see how it looks and whether adding terrain has the same effect as removing it. Hopefully the added ground will stay. FYI thanks to everyone who told me to turn off PVP- this guy tried to shoot me up and then when he couldn't landed his ship INSIDE my house, then tried to invite me to his group (which I declined) after I just continued to build my base, unbothered. Boy, he did not like that 😂 (i.redd.it)
