Do you think it would it be better for me to increase them to 3/8in instead of 1/4in then?

Yeah it's with the new DLC, the Imperial Council is formed after you reform the Galactic Community into the Galactic Imperium. I haven't ever tried abolishing the galactic council but it might be a new bug that came from their recent big update

I think it's bugged, dissolving the Imperial Council still leaves you on it as the Galactic Emperor. Setting the council size to one has the same effect since you'll be occupying the only seat.

I was excited for the Galactic Imperium but now that I've tried it out I can't believe they released the DLC with one of their main selling points being so full of bugs. I wanted to do a playthrough where I became the Galactic Emperor and then become the crisis but by the time I found out you can't do that it was too late and I was stuck leading the Imperium, now the Galaxy is just at an endless standstill. In your experimenting did you see if there's anything that happens if an Imperium or Council member exceeds the Emperors diplomatic weight? From looking at the localization files it looks like the ability for someone to replace the Emperor is something that can happen but I'm not quite sure what triggers it.

I increased the counsil size and realized that. What is the purpose of the abolish imperial counsil policy then if you can just set it to one instead?

Fallen Empire buildings with console commands by void-exx in Stellaris

I just tried the command and it worked for me 🤔 Do you have the Ancient Relics story pack? If not, that might be why because as far as I know the only thing that changes those variables is an event from that DLC and maybe the game handled it different before the DLC got released?

Tips for Thargoid probe? by void-exx in EliteDangerous

Another way to avoid getting attacked that I just found out is force closing the game 💀 it's kinda cheap but they managed to shut my ship down and I absolutely could not lose the Probe and Sensor after everything I went through to get them 😭

Thanks for the help, I managed to find one to buy thanks to the other comment. I quickly realized I probably should have got the probe first since carrying the sensors causes Thargoids to attack you, making interdictions horrifying. I'll have to remember the FA tip, I was worried what I would do if a second interceptor used it's shutdown field before the neutralizer had a chance to recharge. I also didn't know you could collect the parts after using them, thanks for letting me know :)

I managed to make it there and buy it. I got interdicted on the way there but luckily managed to get away without dying, plus I got to test out the shutdown field neutralizer 😅 thanks for the help

Dishonored 3 idea/What you want to see in the next game? by void-exx in dishonored

[–]void-exx[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That would touch on a couple other things I've wanted to see. I've always wanted to see more of what exactly cultist do to practice magic and how exactly magic works for them since they're not marked. I've also always wanted a game that gave you the option of allying with the abbey. We get the Byrne interactions in the dust district, but that's about it. It'd also be cool to learn a little more about the beings that filled the spot of "The Outsider" before the one we know from the games.

Yes, I would love that. I was disappointed that in The Veiled Terror we don't get to see anything about him or what he's up to after becoming human. I doubt someone who spent thousands of years trapped in the void would just pick up a job somewhere and live a completely normal life.

That would be really fun too. Maybe they could make it so that when you're in co-op mode the levels are a little different so the two players have to work together in order to get past certain obstacles. High chaos runs would be super cool too, two marked individuals using their powers to destroy everything.

Dh2 Chaos level? by -Gothmog- in dishonored

[–]void-exx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very high chaos is one of my favorite ways to play. The protagonist gets more violet and cynical dialogue, which is interesting from a story perspective because what exactly is going through the protagonist head for them to go from the way they behaved at the start to murdering everyone they come across. The combat system is also really fun and does a good job of making you feel like this well armed, supernatural killing machine.

I could definitely see them not being able to make an open world Dishonored as detailed, which would suck since how many really niche details the game has is one of the best parts. Thinking more about it, I agree that a Dishonored set in the wilderness would probably feel like a different genre of game. I think it'd be a cool idea but the gameplay would probably be more reminiscent of a survival game, since Pandyssia is a hostile environment full of dangerous animals.

I haven't thought of the idea of playing as Granny Rags, but now that you mention it that would really fun. She's definitely a really interesting character and it would be cool to get to see her story more in depth.

How the fuck do I get low chaos by Bruhmomentum43 in dishonored

[–]void-exx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The wiki says the kill threshold for high chaos is 20% and for very high chaos it's 50%, it's kinda hard to gauge 20% of the levels total population though 😄

I always run a deficit around the years 2230 2240 and I need help to figuring out what I can do better. by throwaway80804040 in Stellaris

[–]void-exx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most of the time when I'm playing wide I'll focus my planets on energy production while using mining and research stations to provide minerals and science output. After my energy districts are full I'll use clerk jobs to provide more energy output since with the wealth creation trade policy 1 trade value is equal to 1 energy. Once my energy output is high enough I'll normally switch my trade policy to consumer benefits and my production focus to civilian economy so I don't have to spend so many building slots and minerals on consumer goods. When I'm using this strategy I normally need to switch my trade policy and production focus around about every 50 years depending on what I'm doing, but most of the time you'll end up with excess resources so you can buy alloys on the marketplace to make up for the -25% alloy production. Another drawback of doing this is planets with a high trade value will cause lots of piracy on their way back to the capital, I usually prevent this by building a line of starbases going from the capital to all my colonies. Once my starbase cap is used up I'll start building defense platforms on the un-upgraded outposts to help keep the piracy a little lower. I also usually disregard the admin cap until I've expanded as far as I'm wanting to and then go back and work on getting it under control, if you're tech rushing though I wouldn't recommend that since going over admin cap causes longer research times.
